Through customer service satisfaction, you earn rewards to help you with the main goal.
Once you earn enough money, repair the old shops and give them a major makeover to attract even more customers. Then, hire managers to help you manage the establishments to increase the profit. You can even raise a cat if you want to. However, the game contains an energy system, which might limit the actions a player can take within a certain period.
